Kkeurirang Hookchimyeon Ramen is a broth-less ramen dish that is not meant for the faint of heart! Similar to Samyang's notorious Buldak Ramen, it has a strong sweet undertone and is spicy, closely mimicking the flavor of the well-known Korean dish buldak (fire chicken). A sauce bag and a powder bag include the flavor for this dish. Cooking the ramen in the broth for five minutes after stirring the sauce into a pot with 2.5 cups of water is all that is required.
