Return & Refund Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If items are missing or damaged, customers have to take pictures of what you have received in the original condition (All items should be visible). Otherwise, there is no way that you will receive a credit. Any damaged packages must be in the original condition in order for us to proceed with the claim with carrier service. We recommend keeping the damaged package in its condition up to 5 business days for investigation purposes. Failure to do so may result in no credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
