Return & Refund Information

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for food items. These items include:
Refrigerated items
Fresh items
Canned items

You may return new, unopened, non-food items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items that are returned must be in new, original condition with all original materials included in the return package. Products that have been used will be rejected and sent back to the sender at their expense.

If items are missing or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to send our team proof of the items received in its original condition (all items should be visible in these pictures). Failure to do so will result in no refund being sent. Any damaged packages must be in the original condition in order for us to proceed with the claim with our carrier service. We recommend keeping the damaged package in its condition up to 5 business days for investigation purposes.
Failure to do so may result in no credit.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are applicable for a refund.
